Transition Leadership Cadre (TLC)
Share ideas on transition issues, ascertain available resources and community links, and establish consistent practices BOCES-wide, as well as participate in the Transition IEP audit. This team creates and fulfills the Transition Outcomes Project plans in coordination with CDE.

SLPs Wanted!
If you are interested in a career change, you can become a certified Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) or meet the requirements to enter an SLP master's program by taking distance learning Pre-Requisite Coursework Equivalency Program or "Leveling" Coursework Program offered online by the University of Colorado at Boulder.
